Inclusion Support Assistant and Inclusion Lunchtime Assistant Vacancy

We are recruiting for a part time experienced Inclusion Support Assistant (NVQ L2) combined with Lunchtime

Inclusion Assistant within KS2. (9am-12.00 pm, 1.00pm - 3.30pm Monday - Wednesday 16.5 hours per

week) plus 12.00pm-12.30pm Monday - Wednesday lunchtime role 1.5 hours per week). 18 hours in total Term

Time only and initially until 31st December 2020. Please see both job profiles above for full details. The position will start as soon as possible. 

 

We are looking to appoint a unique, forward thinking Inclusion Support Assistant

initially within our Year 3 class who will also be an Inclusion Lunchtime Assistant for term time only until 31st December 2020 initially.

 

Year 3 is an important class beginning our pupils transition into KS2. We are looking for an individual

who can provide structured support to the class teacher with the creativity to make teaching and learning

work for our pupils. The individual must be able to demonstrate experience of providing pastoral support to

both individual pupils and small groups.

 

A commitment and energy that enables children to progress attain their full potential and succeed beyond

primary school, both personally and academically, is essential.

 

High expectations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are important, as well as a good sense

of humour. Our children are enthusiastic and hardworking. They deserve a practitioner who is motivated

and inspirational, has a thirst for learning, and a sound understanding of the pedagogy behind teaching and

learning.
